Cut 1 head of cabbage on its side every 3/4 inch, remove stem, slice one bell pepper. Set grill temp to approx 375ยบ (or cook in skillet on stovetop) In a grill safe pan put the cabbage and pepper in the pan. Then add 3/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp cajun seasoning. Cover for 15 ish minutes or until cabbage is tender but not mushy. Uncover, add shredded parmesan cheese and parsley flakes to taste. stir well.
Slice cooked grilled chicken, add back in pan.
This is delicious and meant to have a cajun chicken pasta flavor seen at many restaurants, but a low carb alternative.
