1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tbsp Allulose sweetener (or monkfruit or Swerve substitute to taste) Allulose is best…Studies show it lowers glucose levels.
Eat in moderation as the heavy whipping cream is high in fat* but it makes for a couple of servings of a cool dessert for a couple nights.
Mix the 4 ingredients with a mixer for several minutes until it thickens like pudding. Refrigerate to chill. Or you can freeze to make a frozen custard dessert.
